I have a feeling that the fun an potential is just starting for location based social networks like Foursquare, Brightkite, Gowalla, and Tri-out. The links between local small business and their customers is a really great opportunity for everyone involved. I experienced the Specials deals everywhere I went as I explored San Francisco in early November. Very cool.
